We add no interest and no markup: 12 months of instalments cost exactly the same as paying once. The price you see is the price you pay in total.
Your bank may charge its own processing fee for converting a purchase into instalments. That fee is the bank's, it is shown before you confirm, and we never receive any part of it.

Baskets of ৳20,000 and above, paid with a card from a participating bank. Available over 3, 6, 12, 24 months.
The bank decides, not us. If your card is declined for instalments you can still pay in full, by card or cash on delivery.

Instalments are an arrangement between you and your bank. Late payment charges are set by the bank and appear on your card statement, not on your order.
A missed payment does not affect your warranty or your right to return the unit.

If you return a unit inside the 7-day window, we refund the bank and the bank cancels the remaining instalments. Any processing fee already charged is between you and the bank.
Partial returns from a multi-item order are refunded pro rata, and the instalment plan is adjusted by the bank.
