Delivery & installation

Our own vans inside Dhaka and Chattogram, a vetted courier everywhere else. Large appliances are delivered by two people, never one.

Inside Dhaka
Next day for orders placed before 6pm, in a two-hour slot you choose.
Outside Dhaka
Two to four working days depending on district.
Delivery charge
৳350 flat, free on orders of ৳30,000 and above.
Installation
Televisions, air conditioners, washing machines and water purifiers can be installed by our engineers for ৳800 per unit. Bracket, pipe and consumables included.
Old unit removal
We take the packaging away on the day and the old unit on request.
Stairs
Up to three floors without a lift is included. Beyond that, ask us first.

Warranty & service

Every unit carries the manufacturer warranty, registered to your order at delivery. No separate card to lose.

What is covered
Manufacturing defects, compressor and panel failures, dead pixels above the brand threshold.
What is not
Physical damage, voltage surges without a stabiliser, water ingress, unauthorised repair.
How to claim
Open a claim with your order number on this page or call us. We collect, the brand repairs, we return.
Turnaround
Five to fifteen working days depending on parts. We tell you which on day one.
Dead on arrival
Replaced, not repaired, if reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Extended cover
One extra year available on televisions and refrigerators at the time of purchase.

Returns & refunds

Seven days to change your mind on an unopened unit, and no argument at all if it arrived faulty.

Window
Seven days from delivery.
Condition
Unopened and with all packaging for a change of mind; any condition if faulty.
Collection
We collect from the delivery address. No charge on faulty units, ৳350 otherwise.
Refund route
Back to the original payment method within five working days, or store credit the same day.
Installed appliances
Once an air conditioner is mounted and gassed it can only be returned as a warranty claim.
Cancellations
Free until the van leaves the warehouse. You get a text when that happens.

  • Yes, on orders up to ৳80,000 anywhere we deliver with our own vans. Above that we ask for a 20 percent advance so the van is not carrying a large amount of cash.

A person reads these, saturday to thursday, 9am – 9pm. For a warranty claim, include the order number and we can pull the invoice up before replying.
