A short policy, because we collect very little: what a delivery needs, and nothing more.

To deliver an appliance we need a name, a phone number, an address and an email. The phone number is for the delivery call, the address is for the van, and the email is for the invoice and the warranty registration.
If you pay by card, the card details go to the payment provider and never reach our servers. We store only the last four digits and the result, so we can match a refund to a payment.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not build a profile of what you looked at and sell it on.
The only third parties who see your details are the ones who have to: the payment provider, the courier outside our own delivery area, and the brand service centre when you make a warranty claim.

Your basket and your comparison list are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them, and nobody else can read them.
No advertising or tracking cookie is set by this site. See the cookie page for the full list, which is short.

Order records are kept for the statutory accounting period, because tax law requires it. Warranty records are kept for the length of the warranty plus one year.
Support conversations are deleted after two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and the unsubscribe link is in every email.

Write to hello@electro.example.com and you can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. We reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
